The items found here are stored in the history department of Pocklington school. They were found by William MacKay from sites in and around Pocklington. Kilnwick Road, Sherbuttgate and West Green. Pictures by Phil Gilbank and Andrew Sefton.

Bronze Age Axe
This is exactly the same shape and size as the two Bronze Age Axes found in Pocklington by the School Pupils on a field walk. They are now stored in the Yorkshire Museum at York.
