Pocklington Poultry Show

The Pocklington Poultry Show started in 1859 under the auspices of the Floral and Horticultural Society. Below is the report of the 1860 show with the medal recently sold at auction that was presented in 1860 by the Ladies of Pocklington to Mr H. Hodge, Junr, Hull, who obtained the greatest number of Prizes.

This medal was sold at auction by DNW Auctions on 13th July 2011 for £130.
