The line of cottages on the right have some interesting things in common if you look closely. They have boot-scrappers outside the doors and all the windows have blinds as well as curtains.

The character on the bank wearing a boater looks very much like the person in the churchyard on No. 10 in the Church section. Perhaps he was a friend of the photographer.

If you follow the line of frontages down to just before it gets closer to the road you will see a delapidated building that has almost collapsed.
