The L-shaped fishpond is in the foreground. Looking through the trees to the left, the stack yard of Hall Farm is just visible.

Since this photograph was taken the church graveyard has extended beyond the boundary wall of the old graveyard, towards the fishpond. The fishpond is now fenced off, overgrown and dry for many months of the year.
